1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TestCaseAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TestCaseAI is an AI-powered tool that generates QA test cases from user stories. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided content and generate test case suggestions including manual tests, edge cases, and regression tests.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Not share your account with others
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Submit sensitive personal data, credentials, or secrets in user stories
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any User Content.
6. Generated Content
Test cases generated by the Service (“Generated Content”) are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, modifying, and validating any Generated Content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Generated Content for any particular purpose.
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. All sales are final.
8. Usage Limits
Each subscription tier includes a monthly limit on test case generations. Limits reset on your billing date. Unused generations do not roll over. Exceeding your limit will require upgrading your plan or waiting until your next billing cycle.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
